- Waivers must be signed by all participants prior to attending your first class
- If you are unwell or have an infection of any sort please refrain from training
- Please wear clean training gear and maintain your hygiene for the comfort of all
- Trim your nails to avoid unintentionally injuring others.
- Remove jewellery, piercings and watches etc before training.
- Footwork MUST be worn to the toilets and changerooms at all times
- No footwear on the mats at any time
- If you are late to class please join in quietly and minimise disruption
- No training under the influence of drugs and alcohol
- Discrimination, hate speech and derogatory comments/behaviour towards others will NOT be tolerated.
- Focus on the techniques and concepts being taught by the coaches and practice them with patience and effort – effort always trumps talent and cutting corners.
- Keep yourself and your training partners safe! Tap early and tap often and do not apply submission moves that you have insufficient knowledge or control of.
- Make new people feel welcome and represent our gym and what we do with integrity and dignity to the wider community.
- Be persistent, consistent and have fun!!!
