Duration – 1 hour
Our MMA Fundamentals classes take all of the essential elements of mixed martial arts and break these down in each hour session with a focus on striking, clinch work, takedowns and ground work. Not only does this provide a great way to enter into beginner and intermediate level MMA skills, the classes are also tailored to address self defence.
Equipment needed:
Rash guard and shorts (or clothes you are comfortable sweating in that are not too loose)
Water Bottle
Recommended:
Mouth guard, shin pads and your own boxing or mma gloves (We provide shin pads and gloves but numbers may be limited based on class size)
